Its obvious women are rarely represented in many aspects of life including this particular one. We cannot deny a lot has happened over the last 2 decades but we are almost halfway. There are more campaigns that continue to happen In the world in promotion of the female gender. A good example is America with presidential cadidate Hillary whom we wish success. With time, gender equality will be witnessed in many parts of the world.
